For Nursery : Child must be between 2 years 8 months to 3 years 7 months.
For LKG : Child must be between 3 years 8 months to 4 years 7 months.
Parents seeking admission of their wards in Nursery/LKG must register their ward’s name and submit duly filled registration form in the school senior wing office on the said date and time.
Dates for verification will be allotted to each child at the time of submitting the duly completed registration form. On the allotted dates for verification, the parents will come with the child.
If there is more number of candidates (more than the available seats) found eligible for admission after the verification, then the required number will be finalized by lots which will be held internally.
The list of the selected students will be displayed on the notice board/school website and their parents will be given time to deposit Admission fees and complete other admission formalities. Only the parent of the child and no other relatives will be able to complete the admission formalities.
If the parent, whose child’s name is there in the admission list, is unable to complete the formalities within the given dates, will forfeit the chance for admission. The management is not responsible for any unauthorized persons or activities in the name of the admission; no one is authorized to act on behalf of the school.
School does not provide transport facility.
It must be very clear that the parents who are seeking admission of their wards to Nursery/L.K.G. are fully aware of all the above conditions and have already read these conditions which were displayed on the school notice board much in advance.
Requirements (to be attached with Registration form): -
Copy of the Birth Certificate from the Nagar Palika and hospital.
Copy of the Aadhar Card of Father, Mother & the child.
Address Proof (Photocopy of any one of these: Aadhar Card, Passport, Electricity Bill, Driving License or Voter ID)
Caste Certificate (In case the category is other than General) – Attach the photo copy of either parent’s caste certificate, in case child’s caste certificate is not available.
Two passport size latest photographs of the child.
Two passport size latest photographs of the child with both the parents.
